Office day rules
RTO Tracker follows the rule you set.
A number of days in a period
You set how many office days you need in a week, a month, or a quarter. Any workday you select can count. Weeks run Monday through Sunday. Months and quarters follow the calendar.
Specific weekdays
You name the weekdays you have to be in the office, such as Tuesday and Thursday. A different weekday does not fill in for one that has already passed. The calculator checks those weekdays in the current Monday–Sunday week.
PTO and holidays
When you turn on “PTO and holidays lower my target,” each PTO or holiday workday comes off the number of office days required. When that is off, the target stays the same, and those days still use up workdays you could have spent in the office.
What you have left
Days still required are the target, minus PTO when your rule allows it, minus office days already worked. If that is more than the workdays you can still attend, you can't reach it this week, month, or quarter. The office days calculator can count it for you.
