How to count office days per month

A month in the office days calculator is the calendar month that contains the date you enter, from the 1st through the last day. It is not four weeks.

October 2026 has 22 Monday–Friday workdays. The count uses only the workdays you select. PTO and holidays lower the target when that option is on, and they still use up days you could have spent in the office.

Mid-month example

On Thursday, October 15, 2026, with today still open, 10 Monday–Friday workdays have passed and 12 remain, including the 15th. A target of 8 with 4 days already worked leaves 4 to go.
