What is RTO Tracker?
RTO Tracker is an upcoming iPhone app that counts your office days against the hybrid rule you set, with PTO taken off the target. With Premium, it names which days to go in. It is for iPhone with iOS 15 or later. Your office days stay on your iPhone, and you don't need an account.
What does the free version include?
The free version includes one office with automatic logging, one-tap logging, this month's calendar and summary, and an “X of N office days” count.
What does Premium include?
More than one office, and Smart Calendar Manager, a smart catch-up plan that names the days to go in. History beyond this month. CSV export. $2.99/month, $19.99/year, or $39.99 one-time, with a 1-month free trial for new subscribers.
Where are office days stored?
On your iPhone. There is no account. The app does not run a server for your office days. Location is used on the phone to log office days. We don't collect or see your location. Purchases go through Apple. If you share a CSV or back up to iCloud, your data goes with it.
Does this website use analytics?
Yes. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless, does not track individuals or collect personal data, and only counts aggregate page views.
Which phones can run it?
iPhone with iOS 15 or later.
When will it be on the App Store?
RTO Tracker is coming soon to the App Store.
Does RTO Tracker come with my company's policy?
No. You enter your own rule, and RTO Tracker follows it.
Is there a spreadsheet?
Not yet. The free office days calculator does the counting for you.

What is a weekly average over a month or quarter?
A weekly average over a month or quarter counts the Monday–Friday weekdays in that calendar month or calendar quarter. The target is your days-a-week number times those weekdays, divided by 5, rounded up. Away days lower it only when “PTO and holidays lower my target” is on. The result says how many days are left. It does not name which days to go in.
