How to count office days per quarter
A quarter in the office days calculator is a calendar quarter: January through March, April through June, July through September, or October through December.
The target is a number of office days for that whole quarter. Workdays are the weekdays you select between the first and last day. Days already worked and PTO are counted once for the quarter, the same way as for a week or a month.
Example: mid-October
October 15, 2026, is a Thursday still open in the fourth quarter, October 1 through December 31. Ten Monday–Friday workdays have passed and 56 remain, including the 15th. A target of 24 is about two office days a week. With 4 already worked, 20 are left.
