How to count office days per week

A week in the office days calculator runs Monday through Sunday. Any selected workday can count toward a weekly target.

Take the office days required that week. If PTO and holidays lower the target, subtract those workdays. Then subtract the office days already worked. What is left is how many more days you need. Compare that with the workdays still ahead, including today when today is still open.

A week you can still finish

Wednesday, October 28, 2026, is still open. The target is 2, nothing is worked yet, and there is no PTO. Monday and Tuesday have passed. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are still ahead.
